Approximately 16.2 million adults in the United States have at least one major depressive episode in a given year. It’s also been found that 80 percent of new mothers experience postpartum depression. If you’re in either of these groups, please reach out for professional help and implement these three strategies to help you overcome depression.
For this week’s podcast, I want to focus on how to manage the low times we may experience throughout our lives. These moments could be caused by anything from as simple as a change in weather to something more severe like postpartum.
